Good day fellow marketers and KISMI fam!
Wanted to share some insights how marketing on KISMI works with certain results and samples as tactics how today’s web3 world promo works.
Since it’s a long and continuous journey a lot of healthy bit’s will be posted later too.
So what marketing tactics is KISMI.app using to increase users?
Let’s start with the most known Twitter Shillers (KOL’s) campaigns.
Here is a sample of how their posts do look.
https://twitter.com/TheToriant/status/1821535782445703555
What do we see here?
Task is an incentivized one. Meaning that The Toriant is playing out 50 USD to people that will do the certain task in 4 hours.
If you’re in good contact with shiller or his manager, usually they prolong these for a longer time as we had for 24 hours long paying 100 USD.
The given task asks users to get into our Telegram mini-app Telegram: Contact @kismiapp_bot and start farming KISSes and post a proof of work in comments as a screen. And share the same tweet.
After 4 hours they use a randomizer to find out winners, if the winner did the task correctly then he gets 50 USD.
Campaign ended time ago so what results do we see here?
1.5k comments - Users who sent a screen as proof of work. Usually about 20-30% are cheaters, tho, it’s KOL’s task to qualify who did it correctly.
1.2k retweets - much closer to those who did the task correctly.
245 likes and 53 bookmarks. Qute ok.
What did we get as results from the current campaign?
So here we had about 1000 new TMA (Telegram Mini-App) users onboarded.
In fair numbers meaning that cost per one onboarded user might be around 10 cents per user.
Here were other ones we posted and used in similar style.

About 400 shares, that might be 300 users for 70 USD. With about 25 cents per user.

15 USD were played out in 24 hours. Costed us 25 USD since it’s a smaller KOL.
Got us about +100 new users. About same 25 cents per user.
And from Maya x.com was launched for 50 USD winning, prolonged till 24 hours, costing us 100 USD.
Results: 485 shares, from which 400 should be done correctly and thus making one launch be run at 25 cents per user.
In total maths spending 295 USD for 4 campaigns.
Might look as it brought us around 1800 users, making one user cost about 16 cents.
BUT!
If you take a deeper look at screens from comments, you can see that the same users drop into campaigns from other shiller’s to win prizes after task submission.
So clearing this out, between 1000-1500 users these web3 influencers brought us.
Why is it still good?
Since fans of these KOL’s know the task, they start doing it once again, and once again, and on and on…
A carefully working habit sets up there.
If a user did a task three times with prize, what are the chances that he will become a loyal long term user?
Believe it might be 30-50% that fourth and fifth time chances are high.
To squeeze the most of these campaigns KISMI.app adapts fast to changing surroundings and we added an extra task, as first commenter under tweets, to give opportunity for people to share their KISMI.app Star ID to get an extra +5000 KISS.
How well did it go? Not as great as planned, had few replies, tho always keep in mind to create an action funnel with multiple steps.
Were the campaigns successful?
100% a must do thing.
Are they cost effective?
If 10-25 cents per user are cheap, then yes, but to onboard the first million users to KISMI’s TMA would cost at least 100k USD.
They can become cheaper after long practices, but what if i told you that just yesterday we found a source that brings one user for 1 CENT.
Curious what it is?
I’ll share it in my next marketing insights post if you will put a under this post.
